After years of development, YW MEMS has forming a complete closed-loop for R&D, production and marketing, specializing in medicinal micro-pump module, medical flow sensing module, silicon nitride membrane and mems tape-out. Among them, the medicinal micropump module and medical flow sensing module are the first ones in China embedded self-developed chips.
